Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of LandingForge, a landing-page builder operated by Universal Global Services Ltd, registered in England and Wales, Company No. 17423506 ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you accept these Terms.

1. The service

LandingForge lets you generate, edit, publish and host landing pages, capture leads and analyse page performance. Features depend on your plan as described on the Pricing page. The software is licensed, not sold; we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service during your subscription.

2. Your account

You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the content you create, including your pages, copy and lead data. You grant us the licence needed to host, display and process that content to run the service. You must not publish unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, or use the service for spam or deceptive practices.

4. Plans and billing

Free, Growth, Scale and Agency plans are billed monthly in EUR through our payment processor. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from Billing in your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Prices shown exclude VAT; VAT is added at checkout by Stripe Tax. VAT registration applied for; not yet valid.

5. Right of withdrawal

If you are an EU consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. Because the service begins immediately, you may lose that right once the service has been fully performed with your consent. To exercise it, contact [email protected].

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse engineer the service, resell it without a written agreement, or use it to send unsolicited bulk messages. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other users at risk.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features; material changes to paid plans are announced in advance.

8. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these Terms. After termination, we keep data only as required by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
