LandingForge is a landing-page builder operated by Universal Global Services Ltd, registered in England and Wales, Company No. 17423506. In this policy we explain what personal data we process, why we process it, and the rights you have. For privacy questions, write to [email protected].

1. What we collect

  • Account data: email address, password (stored as a hash), plan and account settings.
  • Workspace content: projects, pages and templates you create, and lead submissions sent through your published pages.
  • Usage data: page views, feature usage and technical logs needed to keep the service secure and working.
  • Support data: messages you send to our support chat or by email.
  • Billing data: plan, invoices and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

2. Why we process it

We process personal data to provide and secure the service, to publish your pages and deliver your leads, to bill you, to answer support requests, to improve the product and to meet legal obligations.

3. Legal bases

Depending on the case, we rely on performance of a contract, our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention and product improvement), your consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations such as accounting.

4. AI assistant

The in-app assistant is an automated system. Messages you send to it are processed to generate a reply and, when needed, to create a support ticket. You are always told when you are talking to an AI assistant, as required by EU AI Act Article 50 transparency rules.

5. Sharing

We use service providers for hosting, email delivery and payment processing (for example Stripe for payments). They process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Invoices are kept for the statutory accounting period. Support messages are kept for up to 24 months. You can delete a project or your account at any time from the dashboard.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact [email protected] and we will respond within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

8. Cookies and local storage

We use functional cookies and browser storage for sign-in and session management. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes are announced on this page with a new date.
