Terms and Conditions (AGB)

This is the English terms page. The binding version is the Terms of Service.

These terms govern the use of LandingForge, operated by Universal Global Services Ltd, registered in England and Wales, Company No. 17423506.

1. Service

LandingForge lets you create, publish and host landing pages, capture leads and analyse page usage. The feature set depends on the plan you choose (Free, Growth, Scale, Agency).

2. Account

You need a valid email address and a minimum age of 16 years. You are responsible for the security of your credentials.

3. Content

All rights to your content remain with you. You grant us the licence required to provide the service. Unlawful content and spam are prohibited.

4. Prices and billing

All prices are in EUR, billed monthly through our payment provider. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled in the dashboard under Billing.

5. Right of withdrawal

EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. Contact: [email protected].

6. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid in the last 12 months.

7. Applicable law

The law of England and Wales applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
